Before becoming a complete set of doors and windows, the window frame and sash, as well as the components between the window frame and sash, are not inherently integrated. All parts must be connected and reinforced to form a complete and structurally stable window frame, in order to become a qualified framework.
When connecting, we need to use the door and window corner assembly process that we are going to talk about today.
To combine the four sides of the window frame and sash together and connect the 90 degree right angle intersection, a small hardware component, corner code, is required. The corner assembly process is the process of connecting door and window components with corner codes.
According to the different installation methods of corner codes, corner assembly processes are divided into: movable corner code process, top wire corner code process, collision angle process, and pin injection process.
Activity corner code technology
The movable corner code, also known as the corner code, can move. It is connected to the aluminum profile through a spring buckle and tightened and stabilized by a screw to form a fixed door and window.
The activity corner code technology has high toughness, can be disassembled and installed, and is easy to assemble. When it is necessary to dismantle the frame for transportation and assemble doors and windows on site, the movable corner code process will be very convenient and fast.
However, due to the convenience and ease of disassembly, this connection method is not tight enough, resulting in large crack openings on the window frame profiles and poor sealing performance of doors and windows. And the connecting parts are prone to air and water leakage, which can cause long-term corrosion, rust, and even fracture of the metal corner bracket components.

Top thread corner code process
In the top wire corner code process, the corner code has an additional component, machine wire. Two integrated corner codes are supported by machine threads, and the corner code surface contacts the frame profile, thereby connecting to form a stable door and window frame.
The corner joint of the top wire connection only has one lock hole, so it will not be misaligned during the transportation of the frame. The top wire corner code, like the movable corner code, can be disassembled and installed, and supports glue injection assembly, so it is also suitable for on-site frame assembly needs.

Pin injection process
Pin injection technology is a combination of two concepts, one is the pin and the other is injection. Pin is an essential accessory for corner assembly, and glue injection is the application of weather resistant specialized corner adhesive for sealing during assembly.
Pin is an accessory that connects and fixes the corner code to the profile. Simply put, it can position the corner code and play a role similar to a screw, but its stability is much higher than that of a screw.
And the dedicated corner adhesive filling can make the connection more secure, less prone to loosening during impact, and make the frame structure more sealed.
