Corner code is an important component of doors and windows, used for connecting door sashes, window sashes, and frames. Different types of door and window processes will use different corner codes.
In terms of material, there are two types of door and window corner codes, namely plastic corner codes and aluminum alloy corner codes.
Aluminum alloy corner codes are divided into the following types based on their functions: movable corner codes, expansion corner codes, center column corner codes, pin corner codes, and die-casting corner codes.
Integral Corner Bracket
Structure: Made of monolithic aluminum alloy without splicing; with central reinforcing ribs and bottom dovetail positioning.
Process: Fully automatic precision cutting.
Function: 90° precise positioning to prevent misalignment; high strength and excellent sealing performance.
Application: Suitable for almost all aluminum alloy door and window profiles.

Structure: Double-layer aluminum alloy split combination.
Process: Screw-driven expansion; expands 0.5–0.7mm to both sides of the cavity when tightened, achieving 100% filling rate.
Function:Automatically level when screwing in screws, with dovetail positioning to prevent misalignment.
Application: Mainstream aluminum doors/windows, common broken-bridge aluminum profiles, profiles with cavity height over 8mm, and projects requiring efficient installation.

Structure: Connected extrusion structure with integrally formed expansion units.
Process: Side screw-driven partial expansion, eliminating the need for positioning and adjustment.
Function: Automatically level when screwing in screws; no misalignment even if only one side screw is installed first; screws are flush with the profile surface.
Application: Mid-to-high-end doors/windows, system windows, and scenarios requiring seamless miter joints and high stability.

Structure: 3-in-1 composite of aluminum alloy + POM (polyoxymethylene); four-way expansion with hollow screw for glue injection.
Process: Screw-driven simultaneous expansion (up, down, left, right) of 0.5–0.7mm; no pre-drilled glue holes required, glue injected directly through the hollow screw.
Function: Dovetail positioning prevents misalignment; full glue visibility; POM material offers wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent waterproof performance.
Application: High-end system windows, curtain walls, coastal/humid regions, and projects with extremely high requirements for waterproofing and durability.

Structure: Made of die-cast aluminum alloy, formed in one piece for a stronger, more rigid overall structure.
Process: Features a dense structure with high tensile strength; surface treated for corrosion resistance.
Function: Compatible with multiple installation processes (screw / pin / crimped corner); allows glue injection at the 45° miter or through screw holes, eliminating the need for pre-drilled glue injection holes.
Application: Ultra-high-end system windows, curtain wall projects, large-sized profiles, and high-load-bearing scenarios.
